Opeyemi Oriniowo

“Opeyemi is a Leader in International development with a focus on evidence-based policy research, analysis and implementation. He has years of experience working and researching in development across two continents and delivers behaviourally-smart policy solutions. He Is a Partner at Rindev Consulting limited and has over 8 years experience working at the intersection of public, private and non-profit sectors facilitating research and interventions with development objectives. He is a Fellow of the New Union for the Development of Green Economy (NUDGE), Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

He has a Masters degree in International Development (Pathway: Poverty, Inequality & Development) from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Nigeria. He is a presently involved in the research by the Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) in collaboration with the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and the Lagos Chambers of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) to examine the potential impact of the African Continental Free Trade and Investment (AfCFTA) on MSMEs in Nigeria. 

Opeyemi has also worked with several organizations and partnered with the government in different capacities on sustainable development.

He is an unapologetic youth advocate and a strategic Partner of the Not-Too-Young-To-Run Movement.
